The registration process is very simple.

  1. Complete the Sign Up form on the second tab
    1. Include your Community details
    2. Include your Community Lay Director details. This person will receive the registration request.
    3. Include your Treasurer's details. You may make this the same as your CLD's details if you don't have a treasurer.
    4. Submit your request to use the platform
  2. The Ministry Platform team will recieve and review your request.
    1. In order to protect the sanctity of this platform we ask for your patience whilst we verify your community's details.
  3. As soon as the verification process is complete the platform team will activate your account for a Trial period.
  4. You will recevie an auto-generated email with access details
  5. You will have Trial access for a period of 6 months
    1. Configure your Community's profile settings
    2. Upload your Community Member's details
    3. You have unrestricted access during this period
  6. At the end of 6 months you will receive an auto-generated email to upgrade your account to a Subscription-based profile
    1. Add your Community's payment details
